New vegas no download with mod manager

But, I can't download any mods with the nexus mod manager. I click the file, the little popup with the loading cirlce comes up, then it goes away but no downloads que in the manager. I'm still waiting to hear back on their forums but thought maybe one of you guys would know of a fix/workaround.  · This version of FOMM is the first step in expanding the scope of the mod manager.
